Please fill out the information below and submit this form when making application
to the Board if the office you are joining is also a member of the Southeastern Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service, and you wish to have access to the Paragon 3 database. Paragon 3 may be accessed directly online at sema.fnismls.com or you may borrow the software disk and install Paragon 3 Desktop on your home computer or laptop.

You should be aware that while the desktop version of Paragon 3 is very useful, it must be updated on a regular basis from the online site and it does not have all the capabilities of the online Paragon 3.  When you borrow the software disk, you must leave a $20 deposit which is returned if the disk is brought back in a timely manner.  Please call ahead to be sure a disk is available.

Once this form is received, you will be entered into the system in a timely manner as an approved user and you will be able to access the data using the User Name and Password you have chosen below.  These are both case sensitive, so please enter both with upper or lower case letters just as you wish to use them to enter Paragon 3.
