Continuing Education Course Overview
In order to renew your Massachusetts real estate broker or salesperson license, you must complete six classes or twelve credits of continuing education within the two year period since your license was last renewed. There are 47 specific courses that are acceptable for this purpose. GrNBAR (in association with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® CE School #1009) offers a variety of these courses throughout the year at our Member Service Center.
Our instructors are specialists in the subjects they teach. This means that they can speak with authority and knowledge and are in a position to give you accurate and meaningful answers to your questions.
Some members choose to take a maximum of four classes in one day, while others prefer to split up their requirements over several sessions. We provide you with a comfortable environment for learning and refreshments are made available, including lunch when appropriate. Our courses are competitively priced and really a great value!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation and rescheduling without penalty is allowed if notice is given at least 48 hours before the course you are registered for. Otherwise a $20 fee will apply to reschedule. No refunds will be given.
PLEASE NOTE: State law mandates that we cannot allow anyone to enter the classroom once the class has begun. PLEASE PLAN ON ARRIVING EARLY
