The Greater New Bedford Association of REALTORS® Bylaws
Your Association's local bylaws are derived from NAR's bylaw requirement framework. These bylaws detail how your association functions, including but not limited to procedures for governance, policies for association management, and all member service guidelines, including dues payments and MLS participation.
The National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors periodically approves new bylaw language, either optional or mandated, for state and local associations to adopt that allow for new processes and flexibility at the local level. GrNBAR periodically reviews the Greater New Bedford Associations' bylaws and adopts new language when mandated by NAR.
