Your Associations' local bylaws, which are based on NAR's bylaw requirement framework, detail how your association functions- procedures for dozens of governance tasks, policies for association management, and all of the member service guidelines, including those for dues payments and MLS participation.
The National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors periodically approves new bylaw language, either optional or mandated, for state and local associations to adopt that allow for new processes and flexibility at the local level. GrNBAR periodically reviews the Greater New Bedford Associations' bylaws and adopts new language when mandated by NAR.
